| Cast Away "Wilson!!!! Wilson!!!!!" It was a rather sunny Saturday afternoon. Heat was scorching. What better way to past the time...than a 3 hour movie. A week after it's debut, the place still sold out and filled upl. Fortunately, I sat high up in the stadium seating. Next to me, was a couple of older ladies. (They were there just to check out Mr. Hanks butt, so they said) A theater guy comes out before the movie starts, mentions how the beginning of the movie was extremely loud. That the plane crashing (damn him for giving the movie away..)...(eyeroll)...the noise in front of the theater would equal to that of a loud gunshot. It was loud... no doubt bout that.... six months later i'm still hearing the crashing ocean through the windshield of the plane. I enjoyed the movie, as I expected it to be a slow movie. They kept it real, which was another plus. And hey... it's Tom Hanks... he's not had a bad movie since Joe sank the ratings with that Volanco movie... 3.5 Jer Stars Cast Away |
