Habilities: He has the ability to control ice and use it to his
will, like making objects and people freeze. He can also create things out of ice and can
pretty much use it any way he likes. Being alone for so long he's grown accustom to
silence and couldn't hear the voices in his head, but once being sent to this new world
the voices won't shut up. (Telepath?)

Background History: Created from the very exsistance of ice and
cold Kouri's lived his whole life in isolation on a deserted planet made of ice (Sacra).
His life has always been full of pain. Not just the one he brings others, but what he
suffers himself as well. Cold, distant, with a hair-trigger temper and the ability to
literally freeze anyone he wishes with but a touch, he does not come across as a nice
person by any length. When he enters a room, the temperature starts to drop. When he gets
angry, frost is on his breath. When people get too near him, they start feeling ill and
most shy away, simply because he has long since given up
hope of warmth in his life and he lets them feel his cold. He dislikes intense heat and
therefore often has to concentrate on staying cold in almost any situation.

for his long hair being his favorite atribute to his body.
