It's a very plain old-school goa-trance album with a lot of melodies. Somesongs are definitly night-time tracks, while others are blissful Morning stompers and the CD is winded down with a chillout track.
I did it most for fun, really. I have written a couple of trance trackswhich climbed high on the mp3.com's trance chart, and when Kalle fromTranceform Records asked me to participate on 'Blissful Moments', that Was the start on the 'Binary Sky' album.
There is infact a secret code among the tracks (and it's not the binary Code below each track name, because that's too simple to crask). I think I try to deliver moments from the past, moments of sun setting and sun rising at outdoor parties.
4. What can you say to give us the desire to listen it?
If you like what Juno Reactor, Transwave and Man With No Name did back in1994 to 1997, then you like this CD very much I guess =)
5. What are your projects for the future?
There are a couple of live gigs coming up in Sweden, and I've started To sketch down what I would like the second CD to sound like. Besides the Ypsilon 5, I'm working on two commesial pop albums (producing, mixing and mastering) with Fredrik Muskos from Dead Frog Records. I'm also planning to release a third CD under the name 'mindXpander' together with Patrik Rydberg and I'm also working on some remixes - so we'll see whathappens.
In the future there will most definitly be more Ypsilon 5 releases, that'sfor sure.
