| This contract is a binding legal aggreement. If my services are no longer required I will need 2 weeks notice of termination so that I can replace/fill the vacancy. Please understand if notice is not given you are responsible for payment for the regular hours I would have cared for your child. Your child is welcome to bring toys from home but I will not be held responsible for any mishaps that may occur. You will need to call atleast 3 hrs in advance if your child will not be coming a fee for half the day will apply.Meals/crafts are scheduled in advance and prepared for the amount of children. I will give you notice as well if I am unable to provide care for the day with enough to time for you to make other arrangements. Also there may be the odd time that I will have to leave the household their will always be someone suitable for care of your child (i.e. doctors� appt.); again I will notify you to make sure this is acceptable if not other arrangements will need to be made. During the year I may require to take holidays, I will give you at least 1 month notice as to when this will happen. Payments are to be done on the last day of the current week that your child attends. If payment is not made on that day a fee of $10.00 per day late fee will apply unless we have made other arrangements. All NSF cheques will be subject to a $35.00 fee and automatic dismissal of child care will occur. The prices on this sheet are standard and will not be changed unless arrangements have been made otherwise, however if prices need to be changed it will be advised in advance (reasons for change more groceries, more craft supplies, excursions). Summer months are from june 30 to labour day weekend. I will send a holiday schedule home as to when you will need childcare during those months and when you will be on holidays. I need this information because I like to schedule swimming lessons and other activites throughout the summer. I will send home registration forms for any activities that are plannecd.
