Saturday 26th
It is blowing a gale outside - looks like we might be in for a rocky ferry trip to France. Before I go away, I'm going to see the Iranian film "DJOMEH" with Essi and Lisa this afternoon - the first film I've seen in Farsi.

Wednesday 23rd
Today was such hard work. Went out to play with fun people this morning. Ate sushi for lunch. Encouraged a darling baby to take her first 'pre-walking' steps this afternoon. Drove to the beach and walked alone with waves crashing for company. Made perfect sweet and sour sauce for tonights supper. Found I had lots of email waiting for me to read. Watched a double episode of 'Sex and the City'*. Listened to the 'high fidelity' soundtrack and ate fresh baked cookies - and wrote this. When I look back on days like these, I realise that I have it good. . .and this wasn't even a particularly good day. . .if you know what I mean!

And it's Buffy/Angel night Thursday. It just gets better and better!
Monday 21st
I've been doing a little spring cleaning - changing a few photos around, adding a few backgrounds etc. All good fun, enjoy.
Sunday 20th
I've completed my First Response First Aid training - I can officially tell if you are breathing or not now, and if you're lucky I'll do something about it too!

Friday 18th
So. It's the end of the week. Hurrah. I have just one day off though, as Sunday is to be spent resuscitating a plastic dummy - 3 cheers for First Aid training. I'll try not to get too carried away after watching this weeks ER though! That poor resuscitaion dummy with her pupils fixed and dilated. . .not a good sign, don't bother prepping the OR.
Tuesday 15th
I'm listening to, and enjoying the "High Fidelity" soundtrack. I watched, and enjoyed the movie with my lovely cousins when I was staying with them in New Zealand. Now I am just looking forward to when they next COME OVER HERE and visit!
Just a week and a bit until I go to Disneyland Paris. . .but you don't want to hear about all that!
Sunday 13th
I'm feeling better...in time for Monday morning work of course! Had a lazy Sunday - watched the repeat of the first (double) episode of "Enterprise". I'm now looking forward to the rest of the series. Oh, and Dark Angel starts tomorrow! And did I mention the fact that BUFFY AND ANGEL have returned?
Saturday 12th
I was ill yesterday with a streaming cold - so today I am sporting a rather attractive bright red nose (� la Rudolph)! I heard various cold related rumours from 3 different sources too...Get your hankies and vitaminC ready!
THE EURO
I am looking forward to my holiday - just 2 weeks to go and I'll be driving towards the land of the mouse AND using 'The Euro' for the first time. It's all pretty exciting stuff - though I'll miss 'The French Franc' (especially the FF50 note, which had the cutest picture of the 'Petit Prince' on the back. OK, so I'll stop the �uro money rambles now. . .and won't even start with the disney stuff!!!
Thursday 10th
So Buffy returned this evening - and the new series of Er & Friends to boot. And new Angel starts next week. . .and they are ALL on at the same times, different channels, on THURSDAY NIGHT!!! How crappy is that?!! Thankfully E4 repeats their programmes, so the schedule clash won't effect me too much. I have really gotten out of the habit of watching TV though - I have had to make a mini TV guide so that I don't forget to watch stuff (like, can you REALLY see me forgetting Buffy or Angel?!!). . .(Answers on a postcard please!!!)
Thursday 3rd
OK, so when I said I was perfect - that was a 'joke'. But I still don't have any New Years Resolutions - I'd only break them and then kick myself about it for the rest of the year. Is that being defeatist? Cool!
Tuesday 1st
So - new years resolutions? Erm. . .I have none. I am perfect in every way so I don't really need them. Agree or disagree - the choice is yours!!!
