Thursday 28th
I bought my first ever SClub7 cd yesterday - I found out that one of my cousins was the engineer on it, and his brother played flugal horn! I don't expect you guys to be as impressed as I am by this news, but I'll let you into a secret - I am listening to SClub7. . .RIGHT NOW!!!
Monday 25th
For personal reasons, I have made my guestbook private. If, however, you would like me to link to your own wonderful sites - just ask! Jx
I'm keeping this short tonight - I'm going to see Monsters Inc. in five minutes!
Sunday 24th
Woke up really early to join Guiding friends in a "Thinking Day" walk to the top of 'The Trundle' (the hill overlooking Chichester). It wasn't too cold and the weather held out until we got back down to the cars.
I have been adding plenty of photo pages ~ take a look!
Eddie Izzard, the boyfriend that I share with my friend Shelly, has been voted the funniest comedian EVER - this must mean that we are not going 'exclusive' anymore. Damn. Read more
Saturday 23rd
Had a fabulous day - my friend pete came to play and we had much fun. After a delightful lunch (in my very favourite place) he bought the same digital camera as I did. We then roamed the town and country side looking for things to photograph, before relaxing with coffee and cake in starbucks!
I also played with my new phone
Angel Phone is no more - long live Harry Potter

Sunday 10th
Well, last nights "Sing along Sound of Music" was fabulous! I have never seen quite so many nuns all in one place. . .but I have a feeling that some of them might have been men - the beards kind of gave it away! We ducked out of dressing up - we just tied ourselves up with string (a la "my favourite things") and took plenty of cow bells to ring at any mention of the words "cow", "goat", "bell" or indeed "ring"! I was very impressed at the efforts some people had gone with their costumes - there were "Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes", "Brown paper packages tied up with string" and "a needle" who was litterally pulling a guy called "Fred"(thread). There were also countless members of the Von Trapp family and all those nuns!
The audience participation was very funny - and the singing. . . .wow! The guy sitting behind us had a great, deep voice and sang REALLY well. We "ooooo'ed" at the slushy bits, "hissed" at the baroness and "boooo'ed" the baddies. I thoroughly recommend you go see it if and when it comes to your town.
P.S. We also spotted none other than Steve Coogan (aka "Alan Partridge") in the audience - he had dressed up as either "Uncle Max" or "The Captain"(it was hard to tell) with a cravat and velvet jacket. . .at least we hope he was dressed up(the jury was out when we discussed the matter over lunch)!
Saturday 9th
I'm going to the theatre this evening for "Sing along Sound of Music" with my sisters and our mum! We used to run around as children pretending to be the Van Trapp family with various friends and members of our family!!! Oh happy days!
The Sound of Music The hills are alive with the sound of music With songs they have sung for a thousand years The hills fill my heart with the sound of music My heart wants to sing every song it hears My heart wants to beat like the wings of the birds that rise from the lake to the trees My heart wants to sigh like a chime that flies from a church on a breeze To laugh like a brook when it trips and falls over stones on its way To sing through the night like a lark who is learning to pray I go to the hills when my heart is lonely I know I will hear what I've heard before My heart will be blessed with the sound of music And I'll sing once more. . .
Sunday 3rd For Shelly.
Saturday 2nd 02 02 02 The best thing about my holiday was buying the "Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulin" on DVD. . .way before it is available in the UK. The worst thing about my holiday was 'losing' my "hard rock hotel" wallet from my year 2000 trip to vegas. . .containing 100. . .from a LOCKED cabin. You do the math.
Friday 1st I have returned. I survived another trip to see the mouse. . . . . .just about!
