Deposit:
Positions for child care are considered "open" unless a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS PAID. A one time $50/full-time or $25/part-time deposit will be paid at the time of enrollment.
This will hold your child(ren)'s spot at Lil' Munchkins Daycare and will be applied towards the first week of child care.

ALL COMPLETED PAPERWORK, PHYSICALS, DEPOSIT, AND FIRST WEEK OF CHILD CARE FEES MUST BE RETURNED TO ME BEFORE ANY CHILD CARE WILL BEGIN!

Payment and Late Fees:
Tuition is due in advance for each week, due on the Friday before the period of care begins. I require advance payment for two reasons:
1) To protect myself from families who choose to quit without notice and not pay for childcare already given.
2) To buy supplies needed for the daycare for the following week (i.e. food and other daycare-related expenses that are needed upfront).
A late fee of $5.00/day will be assessed for tuition not received by 5:00 p.m. each pay date. If tuition is not received by the following day at 5:00 PM, your child will be subject to termination from the program until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Please keep in mind that this is part of our family income� You wouldn't keep your job if you weren't paid on time, would you?
Payment may be made by cash (for which a receipt will be given) or by check. The parent agrees to pay a $30.00 service fee for returned checks and any of the fees incurred due to the returned check. If a check bounces, only cash payments will be accepted.
Payment is due and expected for all days that Lil' Munchkins is open and that you have contracted for.

Full-Time/Part-Time:
Full-time care is defined as over 25 hours per week. Part-time Care is defined as a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Drop In Care:
Drop-In Childcare Will be charged in full hour increments from the time you request drop-off to the pick-up time.
Payment Is paid at the time the reservation is made. (You pay for the time you requested and any additional hours are to be paid at pick-up).
In order to hold the slot for your child on a particular day, the Child Care Provider must be paid in advance for that day. No refunds will be given. If your child does not attend day care on that day for any reason, no refunds will be given. Receipts will be provided with each payment.
Drop-In Care is Charged at the rate of $5 Per Hour/Per Child or any fraction thereof. There is a minimum of $20.00/Per Child. When care extends beyond the above contracted hours the overtime rate of $5.00 per 15 minutes or any fraction thereof will be charged and is due at pick up time. Late arrival does not allow late pick-up.

Late Pick Up Fee:
Overtime is considered any time outside the contracted hours and is not based on the number of hours your child is in attendance. The following charges will be assessed for overtime incurred and is payable with your next week's payment.
_ $5.00 per hour, or fraction thereof, for prearranged overtime.
_ $5.00 per QUARTER hour, or portion thereof, starting after the first five minutes, if overtime
is not prearranged.

Full time: 26+ hours per week
$20/day or $100/wkly
Part time: up to 25 hours per week
$3.00/hr or $20/day
Drop in Care:
$25.00 per day and your spot will NOT be guaranteed. (unless prepaid)
$3/hr if under 4hrs

Holidays:
Please see Holiday schedule for 2002 which is included in your Welcome Pack. All holidays are PAID.
Regular weekly tuition fees still apply. If you will be working on any of these holidays and are unable to find
alternate arrangements, care MAY be provided for an additional $5 per child per day. (This is at the Providers discretion and ONLY IF SHE IS AVAILABLE.)

Parent Vacations:
Please notify me as at least 2 weeks in advance when you plan to take vacations.
I expect full payment for all days and hours your child is normally scheduled to be here if 2 weeks notice is NOT given. If proper notice is provided payment is not expected.
If you choose to take the day off for any reason, you must still pay me to keep your child�s spot open. If your vacation will be longer then 2 weeks I will require � tuition for
any days over these 2 weeks, this is to keep your position, otherwise I can not guarantee that it will not be filled.

Provider Vacations:
Provider receives 2-weeks Vacation per year.(10 days) Advance notice of no less then 2 weeks will be given
in regards to specific dates. *See Vacation/Holiday Schedule. You will not be charged for any of my vacation time, alternative care is the responsibility of the parents.

Personal Days:
Although I make every attempt to be available each day, there will be occasions when I am sick or another family member is sick,
I will be closed on these days. I will notify you as soon as possible of any personal or family illness, funeral, or emergency. It will be your responsibility to obtain alternative care and to arrange
payment to your alternate provider.
Occasionally it may be necessary for me to close for half a day or a full day due to appointments. I will make every effort to schedule appointments during my off time. I will let you know as soon as possible
of any closures due to appointments. I strongly suggest that you have a family member, friend, or an alternate provider lined up for times I am unable to provide care.
