You will need:
120 size 11/0 seed beads of flower colour (I used lined pale blue)
80 size 11/0 seed beads of leaf colour (I used lined mint green)
2 4mm round beads (I used lime green miracle beads)
2 30cm sections of beading wire (28 to 32 gague will work fine)
4 jumprings (I used 4mm sized)
Wire cutters (you can use nail clippers if you don't have any)
Step 1
Thread 12 beads of flower colour onto a piece of wire. With the beads in the middle of the wire, make 2 twists to form a petal.
Repeat to make 5 petals, close the flower by twisting the wire at the end petals.

Step2
Thread the 4mm round bead onto the wire, wrap it around to the back of the flower, and wrap each end of the wire around twice to secure.

Step 3
To make the leaf, you need to work from the back of the flower. Put 11 leaf-coloured beads onto the wire. Go back through the second last bead you put on, and pull tight. Put on another 9 beads, and twist around the base of the leaf to secure. Repeat to make the second leaf.

To finish
Twist off the two ends of the wire many times, bring forwards to hide and cut off the tail. Open one of the jumprings (jumprings should always be opened by twisting sideways rather than by opening the circle out) and put it through the top petal of the flower, then close. Open another, and use it to attatch the first jumpring to the earwire. Repeat to make the second earring.
Variations
Use size 15/0 beads instead of 11/0 and get a smaller earring
Make only one flower, and attatch it using only one jumpring to a string of seedbeads as a necklace
Vary the number of leaves
