Jim may look just like a normal kid to most people, but he's actually a computer genius. Quick to point out the flaws in Gene's plans, Jim trys to look at things realistically, which is hard with Gene the dreamer in tow. Although Jim seems reluctant to be Gene's back up man all the time, he would still be one of the first in line to stand up for Gene.
