THE STORY CONTINUES

Following my first visit to Cinderfella, I decided I had to
present a better image and I therefore set about purchasing a more appropriate
wig, and a dress, I could actually wear out. I was travelling on business
to Manchester and arranged to stay overnight at the home of a local well known
trannie, named Angie. I stopped off at Transformations in Birmingham and
purchased a new red wig to suit
my
complexion and a short black crocheted dress. I anticipated being able to
spend a pleasant, quiet, relaxing evening in the company of another trannie. On arrival at Angie's I got dressed and Angie's assisted me with my
make-up. She then suggested that we go out together and visit the Village as my
first outing. I was very nervous but after much reassurance from Angie, I agreed.
Before I could even think of changing my mind a taxi was called. I shall
never forget that first outing as Jenny, and walking with difficulty in my
4" stiletto heels down the footpath to a waiting taxi. I was then wisked
off down to the City Centre where Angie introduced me to the
"Village." We spent the first few hours visiting different
bars and meeting other "girls" before ending up at Napoleons.
It
was an absolutely fabulous evening and one I shall never forget as long as I
live. Angie was great. She gave me much confidence and support and I will be for
ever grateful.
I have visited Angie on two occasions in total and on both she has taken me down to the "Village" for a great night out. We have communicated by telephone on a number of occasions, but unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to get back up to Manchester for several months now. I would certainly recommend any new trannie, who is contemplating going out dressed, especially somewhere like Manchester, to put their trust in someone like Angie. She knows the local scene and knows where and where not to go.
I subsequently joined Roses and as a result subscribe to Roses Repartee which is an excellent magazine, with many interesting topics and regular features and also a page devoted to the wives and partners. It was through this magazine I met the lovely Tiffany Tuesday. Tiffany has a regular feature page in Repartee called "Girlie Gossip" and I am certain that anyone who has read her column will realise that she is a fun loving "girl" from Scotland who never misses an opportunity to model en femme. She also has a body most real girls would love to have.
In early 1999, I had occasion to travel to Glasgow on business,
ands decided I would contact Tiffany Tuesday by e mail, to enquire, (a) if she
knew of any trannie friendly guest houses, and (b) if there were any Group
Meetings in the area. Much to my surprise, Tiffany not only suggested an
ideal Guest House in Glasgow, but also agreed to meet me and take me out to the
local Cross Lynx TV/TS group meeting, in Glasgow and then on to the Polo Club,
in the City Centre. I had a great evening, first attending the
Group Meeting where I met and was introduced to a number of other
"girls" but also had the pleasure of watching Tiffany model several
different outfits which had been brought along to the meeting. We then went off
to the Polo Club. Tiffany drives a Land Rover and we must have
looked a picture, with her
sitting at the wheel in her mini skirt, and me in the
passenger seat in a fairly short dress. I never realised how drafty a Land Rover
could be!!! As we pulled up outside the Polo Club, I was horrified when I noticed
two real girls sitting in the window of the adjacent bar waving to us. I
felt so embarrassed, and really thought we had been read and the girls were laughing at us. Tiffany
quickly explained that the girls were two lesbian friends of hers and obviously
they couldn't have failed to notice her Land Rover. We joined the girls for a
drink in the bar, and I must say they were both very nice indeed, and certainly
made me feel at ease. We then went on to the Polo Lounge where we met several
other "girls" and spent the rest of the evening. I was so grateful that
Tiffany had taken the time and trouble to travel a considerable distance from her
home to Glasgow that evening to meet me and take me out on the town. It was an
experience I shall never forget and she is truly a fun girl.
