An excellent support group nationwide to assist both the transgendered and their wives, partners or S.O. There are many links to what is going on across the UK and beyond. Also locations of local groups, events, and guides. The WOBS Site within the Beaumont Society is specifically designed for the wives, partners and S.O. ands has some really good reassuring advice. |

| CHANGE | CHANGE is a UK based support group for people born with transsexual syndrome. |
| CINDERFELLAS | A dressing service operated by husband and wife team, Sylvia and Mac from Poole. A truly genuine couple who are always pleased to help and open their home to the TG community. Sylvia has some lovely dresses and will make to order. |
| DIANA'S PLACE | An interesting site, with many facisnating links to Diana's other site and into the World of Music. |
| FANTASY GIRL | A shop located in Folkestone, Kent, and operated by Sue Sheppard, herself a TS. The shop is now called LACIES and has a wide range of brand name lingerie, stocking etc. |
| FXG SITE | This is the site of the Felixstowe and East Anglia TG Support Group. They meet on a weekly basis and are understood to be a very friendly group. As yet I have not visited, but it is on the cards. |
| GEMINI CLUB, DUBLIN | The Gemini Club in Dublin, is a firm favourite of mine. It is run by RG Natalie, and a group of the most friendly TV's you could ever wish to meet. Well worth a visit, but check first by telephone as they are due to move to better premises.(March 2000). |
| GENDER TRUST | The Gender Trust is the only Registered Charity in the UK which specifically helps adults who are Transsexual, Gender Dysphoric, or Transgenerist. |
| HASTINGS HAVEN | A private group run by TV husband and wife team, on a monthly basis, in Hastings. Bed & Breakfast is also available. |
| HAZEL FREEMAN | Hazel is also a member of Vanity Club UK and a great promoter of the TG Community. I regard her as a good friend and mentor. She got me started on the Web Site for which I will always be grateful. Hazel's site includes some very interesting information regarding the media, and also visiting abroad. A must for any serious TV. |

| HIDE & SLEEK | A dress making service and supplier of goods for the TG Community, in Scotland, and run by the lovely Lorraine. Based at Kinghorn just North of Edinburgh, the shop always has a warm welcome for newcomers. Hide & Sleek Fashion Shows are becoming very popular in Scotland, with some gorgeous TV models. |

Beauty Gems for Men. - Joy's Living Doll site has many excellent tips on the Transgender Scene and also provides a great Support Line ably assisted by her very understanding Partner. Well worth a visit. |
| MAPLEDRIVE LINGERIE | Maple Drive is one of the premier online lingerie companies. They sell over 15,000 products. | MARLENE KLEIN COSMETICS | Marlene Klein Cosmetics based in Lyndhurst in the New Forest is a great supporter of the Transgendered community. She can provide help in all areas of make-up, wigs, beauty and, I believe, photography. |
| MERMAIDS | Mermaids is a Family Support Group for Children and Teenagers with Gender Identity Issues. |
| NORTHERN CONCORD | Northern Concord is a social and self help group for Cross-dressers, Transvestites, Transexuals, and their wives and partners. Based in Manchester it is probably the biggest group meeting in the UK The group has been going over 14 years, and meets every Wednesday, 52 weeks a year. |
| PRESS FOR CHANGE | Press for Change is a political lobbying and educational organisation, which campaigns to achieve equal civil rights and liberties for all transgenered people in the U.K. through legislation and social change. |
| REPARTEE | Roses Repartee is a TG Magazine which contains many interesting stories, articles and even includes a wives or SO page. A must for anyone new to the scene. |
| RON STORMES | Ron Stormes Club Transvestie is an established Night Club, for the Transgendered Community in Stepney, E1. It is open on Saturday evenings, 9 p.m. to 2.30 a.m. |
| SHARON PERSKY | Sharon is a UK based trannie with some very interesting views, and her site is worth a visit. |
| Si IRELAND'S TG ORGANISATION | Si is most certainly the Southern Ireland's most prestigious TG organisation. Don't let anyone tell you there is no scene in Dublin. It is thriving and a great place to visit with some truly wonderful, genuine and friendly TG folk. |
| TG FORUM | A worldwide TG site with regular newsletters, articles, Chat room and many links to other sites. Worth joining. |
| TIFFANY TUESDAY | A truly fun 'girl' who many will know from Girlie Gossip in Repartee. If you get the chance to meet her I can guarantee you will have a fun time which you will never forget. |
| TRANSLIVING | TransLiving formerly known as TransEssex is one of the UK's best Support Groups, with regular monthly meetings near Chelmsford. The Group owes much of its success to Stacy Novak who has run the group tirelessly for many years. Worth a visit both to the site and one of the meetings. I am certain you will go back for more. |
| TRANS-SISTER WEB SITE | The largest listing of UK T* sites and resources on the net. An excellent site full of links to hundreds of sites. One can literally spend hours looking at some wonderful T* sites through the links here. |

| VANITY CLUB UK | Jenny is proud to be a member of Vanity Club UK which is for girls who like to go out and have fun. This site is well worth a visit as it provides contact information for 'girls' all over the UK and beyond. |

Clearly this is a special group, which I feel deserve a quite separate entry to that of the general Beaumont Society Pages. However, I would recommend any wife, partner or SO looking at this site to also look at the pages devoted to WOBS in the Beaumont Society Web Site. There are many questions answered which I am certain will help to reassure. |
