S.A.D.D. Students against drunk dringing.
In SADD this week we just finished off Red Ribbon week. We handed out ribbons to all the students, and had the freshmen sign our school chain. (The chain is a thing we do at our school, every year we have the freshmen sign a red stip of paper then link them together, tring to get people to stop drinking and driving by asking them not to brake the chain in our school for more information e-mail me the link is at the bottom of the page) We also had moments of silence for all those killed in drunk driving accidents. It worked out well the first time it really got the people thinking, but I believe it should be used more then one time. We also had on our school's announcements, facts about drinking and driving. How it kills! That didn't work out to well nether but only because no one can hear them. We had a pritty good week but it could have been better. Anyone with ideas for next year or anything we could do with this year please e-mail me. Drinking and driving kills! Please save yourself and other around you and don't do it. October 28, 1999
