Starbuck`s Cake

	Summary: Just a little therapy to help get over RL, and it
	worked. I feel better now.


	Apollo came home to a wonderful smell. Starbuck was pulling a
	freshly baked cake out of the oven. Today was Boomer`s
	birthday and Starbuck had asked Athena if she would teach him
	how to bake a cake. Apollo snickered at the sight of his lover
	wearing a baking apron around his waist, but the cake looked 
	great and smelled even better.

	"Ok now you need to turn it out onto the wire rack, just put
	the rack over the pan and flip them over together." Athena
	explained.

	Starbuck did as Athena said and placed the rack back on the
	counter and lifted the pan. Only half the cake was on the
	rack. The other half was still in the pan.

	"Oh what did I do wrong?" Starbuck whined as he held the pan
	upside down over the rack. Suddenly the other half of the cake
	fell out, in three pieces.

	"What was that cake suppose to look like?" Apollo asked.

	"Well it was a viper, but not any more." Starbuck groaned.

	"It could still be a viper, Athena remember when we were kids
	and mom used to make those layer cakes, the frosting held the
	two layers together, why can`t we do the same thing with
	this?" Apollo suggested.

	"Well we can try, I don`t see why it won`t work." Athena
	answered.

	They waited for the cake to completely cool and then went to
	work. Athena made extra whit frosting and glued all the pieces
	together with it then covered the entire cake with rest of the
	white. While she was doing that Starbuck and Apollo made up
	the other colours, red, black and grey. When it was done the
	cake did look something like a viper, a bit lopsided, but
	still a viper.

	"There done just in time, now lets go to that party." Apollo
	said.

	The OC was crowded with all the warriors there to help Boomer
	celebrate his birthday. Starbuck placed the cake on the table
	by the door with the presents. Everyone was drinking, eating
	and laughing. Everyone but Sheba. She still hadn`t come to
	terms with the fact that Apollo was in love with Starbuck and
	not her, and she was making her objections known loud and
	clear.

	"Well looky here the Captain and his sissy lover have arrived,
	are you boys gonna be the floor show, you gonna kiss and rub
	each other`s assholes for us?"

	"Oh shut your mouth Sheba, before I shut it for you!" Athena
	yelled at her.

	"Your one to talk, doesn`t it bother you that when Starbuck
	was kissing you he was thinking about your brother."

	"Well at least I can get a man to kiss me, the only male that
	would want you is a daggit, but we don`t have any daggit`s,
	except Muffit, and he`s a droid."

	Sheba turned red with anger at Athena`s words and pushed her.
	Athena pushed back.

	Sheba then swung her arm to punch Athena, but Athena ducked
	just in time. Sheba lost her balance and fell forewords.
	Athena quickly stepped out of the way before Sheba fell on
	her. Sheba then went down face first, right into Starbuck`s
	cake.
