We strictly follow all Texas laws regarding the sale of alocoholic beverages. We are licenced by the TABC and commited to delivering alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
- We do not sell to persons under the age of twenty-one.
- We require valid idenification upon delivery.
- We do not sell to persons suspected of purchasing alcohol for minors.
- We do not sell to overly intoxicated persons.
- The sale of beer and wine is prohibited after 12am, liquor 9pm. On Friday and Saturday beer and wine may be purchased until 1am. We will deliver after those hours but your purchase must have been made before "closing time".
