John JUSTICE

John Justice and Mary Moore were married August 1, 1728 in Scituate, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. They lived in Halifax, Plymouth County, Massachusetts until 1746 when they moved to Lunenburg County, Virginia then to Halifax, Virginia when it was formed in 1752; then Pittsylvainia County when it formed in 1767.

John died in 1765 or 1766 in Halifax, Virginia. His will was written on March 11, 1765 and probated July 17, 1766 In Halifax, Virginia.

John Justice & Mary Moore were married 1 Aug 1728 Scituate, Plymouth Co, MA John was from Hanover, Plymouth Co, MA (according to John & Mary's marriage record) according to land records in Halifax Co, VA, John patented the land he sold to George Evans in 1756 on 7 Dec 1746 (the land was on Mirey Creek and would have been in 1746 in Lunenburg Co, VA) ALL of their children were not born in Halifax, Plymouth Co, MA their children were born in the following towns/places: Mary was born in Hanover, Plymouth Co, MA John was born in Kingston, Plymouth Co, MA Simeon, Thomas, Ailsey (Alice), Elizabeth & William were born in Halifax, Plymouth Co, MA Ezra (Israel) was born in Brunswick Co, VA per Alan Lerwick
