The Life Of A Raindrop
A raindrop falls from the skies
Like a teardrop falls from ur eyes
From the clouds above she takes her path
No shape or form does she have
When she takes her journey we all ask why
Does she fall from way up high

Summer comes the sun is shining
The raindrop goes into hiding
For she doesnt visit quite as much
Although we miss her cooling touch
Autumn comes, she visits more
The heavens open and down she pours

Winter bites, in a different way
The snow comes down the kids go play
They do not see they do not know
Raindrops like jewels she is snow
Glistening as she lays on the ground
Like a million diamonds waiting to be found

As she lands she begins to die
To reincarnate to return to the sky
Slipping down our sewers and drains
To begin her beautiful life again
So appericiate as it begins to pour
To gracefully kiss our cheek once more
