Denizen is basically a figment of my imagination; an outlet for my creativity. I wanted to use the name Prolix since it means about the same thing as verbose, but I found, sadly, that someone else had made Prolix an immaginary success.
[Who & Why]
The idea for Denizen actually stemmed from another band that my two best friends created without me called "The Vicious Indie." Then again, they did a lot of things without me back then. Anyhow, I decided that, since they were going to alienate themselves from me and the rest of the world, I might as well find something to occupy all of this free time I suddenly had.
