It's a little corny, yeah. But why not? I mean, sure it's not every day that a playboy pig is killed by a jilted lover and brought back as a woman to justify his entry into Heaven by finding a single woman who geniunely loved him! But it's still fun.
The movie is actually somewhat tragic. Our hero... er, heroine ends up dying in prison after being framed for her, um his own murder. Boy, wouldn't THAT suck?! But she does succeed in finding one female who genuinely loved her... her baby girl born as the result of a drunken fling with an old drinking buddy (she dies in childbirth).
It's not really a "T" movie, but show me one "T" who wouldn't kill for the chance to experience life as a beautiful blonde, and I'll show you a "T" who REALLY IS out of alignment! Anyhow, I liked this movie first because it told a somewhat off-beat story in a fun way with very high quality all around. Second, I loved this movie for letting me fantasize that one could be transformed to live life in a female body. |
