| Thursday, January 1, 2004 Hiya Diary! Happy New Year!!! I have been SOOO lazy lately! Sorry I haven�t kept up with my entries...***cringe*** ***yawn, stretch*** Just woke up from a great night�s sleep. No hangover or nuttin�! So much to tell and so little time. Where to begin. I had the BEST Christmas! Mom got me the sweater dress I wanted and I already wore it last night to a New Year�s Eve party. Got lots of compliments! ***happy smile*** Alissa gave me this beautiful diamond necklace. It made me cry when I saw it. I promised to wear it always. Then I felt bad for buying her something so ordinary. (sweater). But, she acted like she loved it so...***shrug*** Mom had a great Christmas too. I spent Christmas Eve night at her house and we opened gifts first thing Christmas morning. We had a little cry over Dad but had a wonderful day. Then Christmas night Alissa and I spent together and exchanged gifts and she made me remember why I love her so much. I am such a lucky girl. Work has been a graveyard recently. Its just me, Tracy, and a couple of the accounting girls. It seems all the guys took vacation time. So, we have been SLACKERS around the office. ***snicker*** I have taken up residence at Tracy�s desk and one of the other girls has joined us in a marathon gossip session. I dread Monday morning when we have to actually go back to WORK. Went to a party last night with Alissa at some of her friends house. Had a great time. But, I may have embarrassed Alissa in front of her friends by being so �clingy� with her. I�m sure many of them �suspected� about us. Funny how that bothers me less and less as time goes by. Alissa�s roommate and her boyfriend know about us, and Tracy and her hubby know, but very few others. We are both on the edge of not caring who knows but not quite ready to be �public knowledge�. I made Alissa kiss me at midnight but it was a �harmless, sisterly� kiss. She made up for it later though! ***evil grin*** What else? I�m here all alone in my little apartment today and look forward to doing...NOTHING! Just lay around and be MORE lazy today. I have to work tomorrow but none of the guys will be there so it will be another �play day�. Welp, I suppose I should get outta my jammies and put on some clothes and get ready for the day. A day of doing nuttin�. Wonder if Alissa wants to do nuttin� with me... Jenn |
