Well lyrics are up, but music is not, since I don't have my piano. In the meantime, feel free to laugh at my meager translational skills. :oP
This is a song I wrote for my Chinese oral last year. Very cheesy, and not based on any real life experience in particular, but it seemed to impress the TA enough to earn me a good grade! The English version is there for translation purposes only; don't expect anything too poetic out of it.

last night
I couldn't fall asleep
my heart was pounding to and fro

last night
I thought about you until
three-thirty in the morning

every day when I see you
I will recall
the smiles that you've given me

I love you
but you don't understand it
I miss you
but you still don't believe it

Every day you arrive
in front of me
but I can't bring myself to say it

Every day I hope
that a thousand years later
I can still be by your side

Every day when you see me
you will forget me
and you don't hear me say

I love you
but you don't understand it
I miss you
but you still don't believe it

I love you
but you don't understand it
I miss you
but you still don't believe it
