Out of everything that we had done, the best thing, in my opinion, was the photo scavenger hunt. I got this idea from Long Island Weddings. On each table there is a list of items that each table should try to get a picture of and a disposable camera. Make sure you get cameras with a flash! There was a poem that went along with this that I made using the same materials and layout as the Wish Bowl and Bathroom Basket poems, using the vellum, white cardstock and turquoise ribbon. I placed the poem in one of the white rhinestone place card holders that I purchased from Moonlight Weddings on eBay so it would stand out above the rest of the items on the table. A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS IM YOUR CAMERA, SO SCAVENGE AROUND HUNT FOR THESE PICTURES THAT NEED TO BE FOUND!!! SHOOT AWAY AND COMPLETE THE LIST, ADD ANYMORE THAT WE MAY HAVE MISSED. JOIN IN THE FUN ON OUR SPECIAL DAY; CAPTURE SOME MEMORIES IN YOUR OWN SPECIAL WAY. TAKE A FEW PICTURES AND THEN PASS IT ON; LEAVE IT ON THE TABLE WHEN THE EXPOSURES ARE GONE!!! Jennifer and Anthony June 24th, 2006 Under the place card holder, I made a list of items for each table, all of them having different items on them, in a cardstock color that would stand out among the items on the tables. I mainly used a dark pink color and green. I didnt do anything special in designing these since they would be handled quite frequently during the night as people tried to take pictures of the different items. The top of each card was numbered to coincide with the number on the camera so I could later match up which pictures were supposed to go with each list. |
