having received a BA in Political Science/English.

She is wife of Richard M. Vinson, 1984 graduate of TAMUK
and the mother of three children,
Oscar(19 and currently a Sophomore at TAMUK), Victoria(15) and Kathryn(14).

She is Mexican American in heritage and Conservative in ideology.

The Vinson family presently resides in Alice, Texas, America.
