Jenni's Photoalbum
This was at a fancy dress party in Germany (aprox. 1996), NOT Hallowe'en, 'cause they don't celebrate that in Germany. I had to wash my hair about 10 times to get all that green out!!!
This was my second birthday... green cord dress with velvety brown flower trimming - can you tell it was in 1980?! My first day at school, 1984... notice the cultural mix of Scottish school uniform and German school cone thingy!
This was Christmas 1997. My mother hated the hat, especially when I wore it to church!!!
(the dress was later infamously resurrected as a pentacostal flame outfit...don't ask!)
Christmas 1998, and you will have noticed we have gone from blonde to green to red hair...The reason I look so happy is 'cause I'm Iona!!!
I can see a Christmas theme emerging. This was in 2000. The perks of produing the Nativity Play - you can give yourself fancy wings to wear (actually, I stole them from Angel Gabriel)!
This is Lucy the cat, who came to stay with us for a couple of weeks in 1999 while her owners were travelling.. Lucy was a neutered tomcat who belonged to the Franciscan friary in Edinburgh. Yes, well, one very confused little cat is all I can say. (S)he began a new life in the country as Horace, when the friary was shut down...
