| Shampoo | This costume was an uphill battle the whole way... The pink fabric I found for the ruffle didn't match any pink in the county, and the darker pink was simply nonexistent. Who'd have thought that pink with green leaves was such a rarity? I even looked while I was in another state, but no luck. It took me weeks of trial and error before coming up with a solution that actually looked decent. The fabric for the pantsuit was certainly difficult to work with as well, as it has worse shifting properties than satin! The ears and tail both have wires inside them to keep their shape, and are covered in a nice fleece material which is quite soft. As well, this was my first time really styling a wig, and I think it turned out rather well! I had to cut the bangs in as well as add thickness to the back and sides. The color is not really the fuschia that shows up in the picture, but a lavender toned purple. | ![]() |

| Current photo of the replacement wig in progress. | The shoes also had to be hand-colored to match the pink pantsuit, but I think I may replace them, as they are not as nice-looking as I wanted them to be. Total Cost: About 60.00 Time Spent: About 20 hours |
