| Kiyoichi Saionji | |
Saionji was relatively simple to create, an existing jacket was altered and trimmed with the red ribbon, and the teal sleeve was added. The cuffs were then freehanded, trimmed with red, and gold buttons were added. The epaulets were made from gold lame and the bolo was attatched and a clip glued to its' end. The pockets were made from red satin and sewn to the jacket, and the gold triangles were painted on. The pants were bought at a local store and the green hair color was from green hairspray. Sadly, our Saionji never made another appearance, as he moved to California shortly after our event, and the few times we planned on using the costume it never happened. | |||||||||
