Lenne was supposed to be one of those fun, easy costumes to make, however, it fought me from day one! The vest was prone to flipping at the edges as soon as I attatched the trim, the skirt was impossible to make, and led me on a chase through online stores, flea markets, and a million other places before I found something similar in New Hampshire while I was on vacation. The hair beads were surprisingly simple, as well was the belt, but the side skirt was another matter entirely. By the time I was finished with the skirt, I wanted to light the whole darn thing on fire, and for right good reason! It broke my serger TWICE! As if once wasn't bad enough -_-; So, honestly I think I won't keep this costume...I'm not |
