| Kozue was created in a very unique way, being made by three different seamstresses and made of two different materials, baroque satin and casa satin. The skirt was made by Gecko, the top by me, and the trim was sewn on by Dani. The top was made with only one fitting, and turned out very nice. The top was made using a chinese shirt-pattern, removing the sleeves from the layout, and adding a casing. The skirt was made using a skirt pattern board and fitting it to the hoopskirt. The trim was then added, the underskirt made from a piece of teal lining, and the pockets and cuffs were freehanded. The crown and wig were purchased from party stores. The brooch and epaulets were made with paper mache, paint, and some flexi-foam. The earrings were made from a pair of teardrops attatched to clip backings. | |||||||||||||
