i'm getting geared up to attend the roskilde festival this summer with a friend. it's my first time going to an actual rockfestival - i always wanted to but never had friends who were up to spending 4 days camping out on a muddy field with few showers and an excess of smelly, drunk, crazy people before. i'm excited. hee.
so far, i want to see: natacha atlas, nick cave, coldplay, the cure, bob dylan, feven, garmarna, grandaddy (maybe), guns'n'roses, hakan hellstrom, the magnetic fields, PJ HARVEY, and robbie williams.
i'm thinking in reality i'll find myself trapped by masses of bodies by the neil young stage as i try to get to the pj harvey stage in vain and then make it there just in time to get trapped by masses of bodies there to watch mayhem as i try to get to the nick cave stage, etc etc etc.. heh.
mmmmm. mud and sweaty hair and loud music. now that's fun. beam.
(addendum: this never ended up happening. heh.)
