To Whom It May Concern: Jennifer Shelton served as an intern for me at King & Wilbur Advertising, Inc. in the agency's media relations unit. During her internship, she showed great enthusiasm for her job and took a vested interest in our clients and their businesses. These traits, and the skills she demonstrated at King & Wilber, will make her a valuable addition to your company. In the past, I've experienced problems with interns not possessing the ability to manage their activities. Jennifer took charge of daily activities and never required further assistance. In addition to her ability to self-manage, she showed great enthusiasm for her work, approaching every task as if it were the most important item on her agenda. Jennifer showed the ability to learn very quickly and proved a very attentive employee. Whether stuffing envelopes or discussing editorial opportunities with an editor, I always knew Jennifer would complete the task to my satisfaction. And, her professionalism and courtesy when working in an occasionally stressful, fast-paced environment was impressive. She blended with our staff quite nicely and our confidence in her abilities was universal. I encourage you to meet with Jennifer so you can see for yourself how she can assist your firm.
