To Whom It May Concern:

Jennifer Shelton has asked that I write a letter of recommendation based on our professional association. I have known Jennifer as a co-worker since June of 2000. During this time, Jennifer has served as a Business Research Analyst, managing numerous client projects for which I oversee. Her tasks include market research, financial analysis, market analysis, client correspondence, and any other business research needed for clients.

Because of the diversity of the businesses seen, as well as the variety of projects, Jennifer has been able to hone her skills in management, marketing, and finance. In the area of management, Jennifer has shown great strength in her ability to work on several projects at once. She takes great care in clarifying the scope of each project, and completes each project in a timely and thorough manner. Jennifer has drawn from her previous work experiences as well as her MBA coursework to make recommendations to clients as well as to me on areas of marketing, demonstrating her expertise and her ability to communicate clear and concise ideas to others. In the area of finance, Jennifer has greatly increased her confidence and abilities over time. She has shown tremendous interest in improving her financial skills; through hard work and determination, she has learned the fundamentals of financial statements and how to read them.

Jennifer distinguishes herself as being dependable, accountable and full of initiative. She is extremely competent and very capable, and I believe Jennifer will be an asset to any group with which she associates and works. I would recommend her without reservations.
