To: The Families of Mrs. Story’s students

Hello! I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jennifer Fowler, and I am a student teacher attending Western Kentucky University. As part of my student teaching experience, I will be joining Mrs. Story’s class for approximately 9 weeks (until 6 May 2005).

During the first week, I will be observing Mrs. Story and other teachers at Marshall Elementary School. My participation will be increasing as I gradually assume various lesson planning and teaching responsibilities. By the middle of the experience, I will assume full planning and teaching responsibilities for the class.

This is an exciting time in my student teaching experience. I am committed to your child’s learning, and look forward to working with Mrs. Story and your child during the next few months.
