Fusion Energy
To the right is the UK's "Focus on Fusion" layman's diagram for the production of fusion energy.

Fusion is a relatively safe energy form, with the European Safety and Environmental Assesment of Fusion Power (SEAFP) completing energy in 1995 showing that no actinides were produced nor were chain reactions occuring in fusion energy plants (UKAEA, 2006).  SEAFP also concluded that "the radiotoxicity of a fusion power station's waste materials decays rapidly, and they present no accumulating or long-term burden on future generations" (UKAEA, 2006).

To the left is the ZETA, which was at first a deep dark secret kept by the British, due to the Cold War occurring at the time of its production.  A Russion fusion scientist lectured in Britain and eventually ZETA information was shared in order to allow for the creation of laboratories such as the one at Culhum.
