9/17/03~ Left the hospital weighing 6 lbs
9/29/03~ Went in for two week check up: I now weigh 6 lbs 5 oz and am
19.75 inches long
10/15~Checkup...weigh 7 lbs. I got thrush.
11/13/03~2 month Checkup. 9 lbs and 21.75 inches. I am getting to be a big
boy! I got my shots and did good with them.
1/20/04~4 month Checkup. I now weigh ? and am ? inches long. Got more
shots as well. Grandma took me to this appt.
