Kyernian McDonnaughn was born in a small Kumpania in Ireland. �Her father, Alexander, died when she was just 7 years old. �Being the eldest, she helped her mother to raise their small family. After dinner, she would sit around the fire and listen to Paramitsha and stories of her people's history. �She experience much persecution along with her family in Ireland, but still held her head high through it all. �When she turned 19, she and her mother had a very long conversation that lasted for almost a week. �When that week was up, her mother and the Kumpania wished her Baxt as she left by way of the water for the US. �Arriving in New York, she found that it was quite dirty, more than was to her liking so she quickly travelled on. �She travelled for a couple years, finding a few Gypsies here and there. �When she arrived in New Bremen, Georgia however, she found quite a few, more than she had seen populating any other city she had travelled to. �She decided to stay for a while, and in staying, she met her soon to be husband, Alexei. �Though the persecution still exits heavily, she has learned how to better deal with it with the help of her Phral, and has found her place within the Kumpania.
