| On August 20, 2003, a tanker carrying water lost his brakes driving down the Granite Hill Road in Hallowell and crashed into one of the buildings on Water Street. It stayed lodged in the building for several days before they could remove it. I was on my way to work on the 21st and decided to stop and take a few pictures. |
