(I
haven't had a pic for a while & I think I deserve one tonight!)
Well I said I was back on
track, and the scales proved it. Tonight when I jumped on, I registered
a 1.6 kilo loss. Yay! Now my daily points are 23 per day instead
of 24. I have now lost 9.3 kilos and weigh 107.9 kilos. Much
much much better than my original weigh in of 117.2 kilos!
I am pretty excited and
am so close to my first 10 kilos lost.
That just proves that if
I stay home on a Friday night instead of out partying with work, I can
expect a much larger loss, and if I want to get this weight off in a reasonable
amount of time, I will have to learn to say "No thanks" to drinks.
Let's see how I go this Friday night!
