Tonights loss: 0.6kilos.
Well, not as great as some
of the losses I have had, but a loss at least, bringing the total weight
loss to 6.7 kilos. (43.5 to go!)

Monday, July 3rd 2000
Weigh in again tomorrow. I'd like to not
go. I was going well with the whole points thing until Friday night,
about 6pm. We went out for drinks after work, and I decided that
I needed to enjoy myself.
So, one drink led to another, then another, then
another, then another. I was drinking scotch & diet coke, so
a point per glass.
I didn't eat any dinner on Friday night, just
lots of drinks. I think I would be in my points total for the day,
and I danced heaps as well. Not eating though is probably not good,
and I had NO fruit or vegetables on Friday.
Then of course, by the time I got up on Saturday,
it was too late for Breakfast, so nothing till lunchtime when we went shopping,
and I had Japanese. I had Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Udon.
Then we get to Sunday, and I may as well write that off as well. We worked in the garden for about 4 hours, and then had a BBQ afterwards. I feasted on sausages, chicken & steak. (No breakfast or dinner that day either and no fruit or vegies).
So then we start today. I looked at my tracker
and realised I hadn't written down anything that went in my mouth since
afternoon tea Friday.
I will just have to wipe the weekend and start
fresh today (which I have). I expect a gain tomorrow night, and it
serves me right! However, I don't really mind. I think I need
to blow it a little every now and then to remind myself I am human.
I don't care how long it takes to lose this weight, as long as I lose it.
I have no other distractions during the week... until Friday night... when we are going out again after work for dinner. This week should be okay though. I will not drink, and I have learnt how to choose wisely from the menu to make the most of my points.
