Week Nineteen


Tuesday, September 26th 2000

So much for me making Mondays my weigh in at the gym, I didn't even go yesterday!  Naughty girl, but I did go today and my weight - 101 kilos!!!!  That's a 2 kilo loss, I'm so happy, and, it means I made my September Mini Goal of 102 kilos.
My October Mini goal is 98 kilos, and then I will be excited, I just can't wait to get under 100, I haven't seen the scales stop short of 100 for a loooooong time!

Congratulations to my little sister, who has lost 3.5 kilos since she started this whole diet thing 2 weeks ago, Keep it up Beckie, I love you!

Obviously I have been good this week.  My tracker shows me going over my points total only once, and I saved points every other day to make up for this.  I have also been to the gym about 3 times or so.

I am supposed to be going to Sydney again next weekend, and I haven't even booked a ticket yet.  I will have to go to Flight Centre this weekend and hope I can get something at a decent price.  I will more than likely be at that other mini goal of 100 kilos by then too.

The best thing of all.... I am actually starting to notice it now as well.  My skirts are starting to sit on my hips now instead of my waist, and the centimetres are definitely going, I have lost a total of 41cm over the past 4 months.  That's a lot of fat!
