Here are some mini goals I have set for myself as I have soooo much to lose, I want to set smaller goals so I can celebrate often and remain motivated.

* Reaching my mini goal of 109 kilos means my daily points allowance drops from 24 points per day, to 23 points per day!
** I am flying home to Sydney for a couple of days on 12th October, for my brother & sisters birthday.  I want to be around 100 kilos by then.
