The trip to New Orleans went well. I found a house to rent. I really like it and am looking forward to moving there. Come visit my boyfriend and me there! Now I'm getting ready for the move and for my summer job. I leave for that in a few days, so probably will not be able to update my homepage until the end of August at the earliest. Take care!

Yay! I'm now a college graduate. Or I am assuming I passed my Spanish class (the only class I really needed this semester). Tomorrow Dawn (my sister) and I are headed to New Orleans to look for a place for John (my boyfriend) and me to live. Hope we find something nice and near the school!

Goodness! I need to update this more frequently, but I never have anything new lately. I'll be graduating from college in less than 2 weeks with a double major in history and Spanish. Then I'll be going to New Orleans to find somewhere to live. Then comes packing, a possible trip to NYC, and more packing. Then in June I go to work at summer camp until mid-August. Then it's off to New Orleans with me!

It's official! I'm going to grad school at Tulane. Come visit me for Mardi Gras!

I just got back from visiting my boyfriend in California for spring break. I also heard from Vanderbilt University! They have offered me admissions and a position as a TA.

I've been hired for a summer job! I'll be a counselor at Camp Rim Rock in West Virginia.

Three new things with me! I got a car this weekend (FINALLY!!). I have a couple of summer camps interviewing me for jobs. I am in training to be a community leader here on GeoCities.

I heard this weekend from Tulane graduate school! I've been accepted to their program. I hope to hear from the other 2 soon so that I can figure out what I'll be doing in the fall. It's a big relief to know that I have gotten in to a program!

Well...right now I'm in the process of finding a grad school. I want to study Latin American archaeology. I took the GRE in November and did better than I had hoped to! I got a 720 on the verbal, 760 on the quantitative, and 760 on the analytical. There are 800 possible on each one. I've applied to Tulane, University of Pittsburgh, and Vanderbilt. Right now, I'm running to the mailbox every day hoping to find an acceptance letter from someone! I should know in the next month or so, I would hope!
I'm also busy trying to find a summer job. I've mostly looked on the internet for summer job databases. If any of you happen to know of a job from mid May til the beginning of August, let me know? Most of the jobs I've found listed are summer camp jobs, but I'm willing to do other stuff, too.
Things are going great with my boyfriend, John :) I visited him in California over Christmas break. His Christmas present to me was a trip to Disneyland. I have a couple of pictures of me there if you want to see.
