| This page is dedicated to two special girls - Paige - Earth's Angel and Kaitlyn - Heaven's Angel |
| Kaitlyn was born on July 20, 2000. Before this little sweetie was even a year old, in March of 2001, she was diagnosed with Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (PNET). She had a cancerous tumor on the left side of her brain. The tumor responded to chemotherapy for a few months, but had to be surgically removed in August of 2001. By December of that year, more tumors were growing. Kaitlyn's mom Donnell and big sister Paige (age 3) loved her and stayed by her side until she flew home to Heaven on her Angel wings on March 24, 2002. |

| Donnell is Angel Kaitlyn and Paige's mom. She's a single mom who has been through many hardships in her young life, yet she manages to keep it all together and come out on top. Donnell amazes me, and I'm proud to call her my friend. My thoughts and prayers are always with you, Donnell! |
