Dutch Oven Busciuts:  
3 c allpurpose flour        
1 c powdered milk         
2 T sugar                      
1 T baking powder        
1 t salt
1/4 c shortning
1 beer
Mix all dry ingredients together well,
cut in shortning, wet with beer, Pat out in floured board and cut into biscuits.
Place in  dutch oven sprayed with cooking spray, and place over hot coals placing more hot coals on top of oven.
watch closley so as not to burn biscuits.
  Dutch Oven Apple Cobbler, Cherry, or Peach (for Cherry or Peach cobbler, omit the cinnimon)
Apples peeled and sliced
Sugar to taste
Butter
cinnimon
crust  
Place apples into greased dutch oven, add sugar, cinnimon, and butter to taste, cover with crust
and place in hot coals with coals on top of oven,, keeping a close watch on it so it won't burn.
Johnny's Itialian Chicken
  6 chicken breasts, skinned and boneless
  1 bottle of Itialian dressing  

Marinade chicken overnight in dressing

Place chicken in foil packet and place on grill, let cook for aprox 20 minutes until done.
Cabbage and Taters
cut up one head of cabbage, and put into foil packet with salt, butter and 3 bacon strips. place on hot grill for about 15 minutes or until done,,, goes well with Johnny's Itialian chicken!!

Taters:  peel and slice up potatoes, place in foil packet with one chopped onion, and 1 chopped
green pepper, add salt and pepper as desired, add some butter and place in foil packet on grill. for about 15-25 minutes or until taters are tender.
