| Hi everyone!Long time no write!Sorry, life seems to get in the way these days! Jenna is doing awesome. She has been in pre-school all year as well as speech therapy and some physical therapy. She continues to amaze her doctors at how well she looks. We had her 2 year post transplant work up and everything looks great. She does have a leaky mitral valve in her heart but her Cardiologist doesn't seem at all worried about it.He says it is very mild. She went to the dentist and they said her teeth are beautiful and no cavities.Yeah! Her developmental accessment also went well. She is behind in some areas but ahead in others,so time will tell what she will need as far as extra help in the future. She definitely needs more speech help but that too is coming along, she is easier to understand everyday. She is wearing a back brace every night to bed and really doesn't like it but she puts up with it.Her back looks a little better but still very curved. She now wears her glasses very well. I wish everyone could know her personally, she has the funnest personality. She keeps us in stitches. I was laughing at Craig Wigglesworth's last update on Maddy because he said she tells you to zip it,.This is Jennas new catch phrase as well.Where do they get this stuff?;) We got a new puppy named Sophie, she is a 6 week old Pek-e-poo,she is adorable and Jenna is just loving her.She licks Jennas face and she says, "oh she loves me".They are adorable! Well I will be putting new pictures on in a couple of days I promise! I hope you are all well! Take care and God bless! Love, Kristi, Randy, Lindsay & Miss Jenna |
