| Hi ! I thought i'd take a miniute while Sesame Street is keeping Jenna busy. Thing's have been quite crazy around the Watson household lately. That's because our household has moved. We sold our house and have moved into an apartment in Tomales near Lindsay's school. We are looking for a piece of property to build a house on,so we'll be here for a while, its very nice but also small. Now we don't have to drive twenty miniutes to get Lindsay to Cheerleading or Basketball,so that is very nice.Miss Jenna was quite out of sorts,it was very sad she didn't understand what was going on,people kept taking her stuff out of our house and she would throw herself down and just cry.She has settled in quite well now however. Now her Daddy is going to stop working on the weekends so we can spend more time together and she will really like that. She lives and breathes just to spend time with her Daddy,I have never seen anything quite like it,It is pretty mutual.her Daddy thinks she hung the moon also;)Whenever Randy comes home from work Jenna's jaw drops and she looks at me and says "oh wow" in a whisper, it is so funny. Jenna has been ok but we think she has a cold, she has been coughing and sneezing, but not alot, and no runny nose. The doctors just told us to make sure she isn't running a fever and she hasn't yet,(knock on wood)! She had an eye appointment in Santa Rosa today and everything looked really good. They said if there is any corneal clouding it was very minimal. So thats great. We have another appointment in 3 months to do an eye test and make sure she is not in need of glasses. We are going back to clinic on wednsday for her regular monthly visit and IVIG.They are going to retest her t-cell function since she is now off the Prednisone and on a Cyclosporine taper. These are the two immunosuppressant drugs that have been holding back her immune system and now that she is coming off of them we are hoping for some t-cell function to get her out of isolation before Christmas.we'll just have to wait and see. I am very sorry to have to write that little Mitchell in Australia has passed away.It was very unexpected,he was doing well and they think he had engrafted and apparently he had a liver virus that deteriorated his liver. As you can imagine his family is devastated but they seem to have a great support system to help them through this awful time. They are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. We are also keeping little Romie in our prayers. He has had his tummy reconnected and now has had diarreah ever since.they are sending them to Baltimore to be evaluated by a specialist there.Shawna tells me that both she and Ron are terrified to fly.Coming from another non-flyer,I feel for them so we will keep them all in our thoughts and prayers for a safe flight and hope they find good news in Baltimore. Well since I probably won't write again before thanksgiving,we hope everyone has a great one!! Lots of Love, Kristi,Randy,Lindsay& Jenna |
