Clothes: Dons a black, skintight bodysuit that goes from her top all the way down into her dark brown boots. Over this bodysuit, she wears a mage-like cloak of dark blue, which she keeps tied up with a double wrapped dark grey band, engraved with the wordings of the Dark Dragon. She also wears armlets of a matching color, as well as bands around her upper arms, both repeating the ancient text found on her belt. She wears an earring made of dragon wing bone on her left ear and has a deep blue tattoo under her left eye.

Weapon(s): Carries both a katana and a bo staff, made from dragon bone, shaped into a sword, using them in unison for a two-sword style of fighting.

Occupation: Dragoon to the Dragon of Darkness

Personality: Kiara's cold personality and overpowering cynacism leaves her as one of the more avoided dragoons. Her icy behavior however, can be melted somewhat by the presence of her younger brother, Tsuru. Her insults and cold voice are kept to a bare minimum when she's talking to her brother, usually telling him to go play with someone else. Other than that one fault in her almost robotic personality, she's cold to the core. Kiara is also feared for her mastery of dark powers, sending many fleeing before her when she steps into a room.

Info: Kiara is known as the 'Warrior of the Dark' due to her overwhelming control over the elements of the darkness. Kiara's cold personality leaves her normally void from human contact, except for the occasionally unwanted encounter with Bloodstone residents. For the thousand years following the reconstruction of the Dragoon City, Kiara has been training on a cold, desolate mountain top, increasing her already commanding control. The tattoo under her eye is supposedly a symbol to represent the power she harnessed on top of the mountain.
However, she was called away from her fortress of solitude by the King of Dragoons for two tasks: One, to give basic training to the new Dragoon of Nature in place of the usual trainer, the Dragoon of Lightning, and Two, to serve as the bodyguard to the Princess of Dragoons. She is uneager to do either of these jobs, but does as commanded.
