Boo.
Listening to music right now, bored, somewhat tired but not in the mood to do any sleeping right now. I've noticed that this is the only part of my website where I ever use capitals. Meh. I suppose because there's so much text here, it's necessary. I've decided to update this every so often- sort of like a jounral. Nor really, though. It's not entirly personal. Just some of my random babbelings that I can't think to put anywhere else.
I've come to realize now that I've put up pictures of my friends here, but nothing about them. I plan to take this opprotuinity to do so now.
Luke you know about already. He's the boyfriend. We first met about two and a half years ago- second semester of grade 10. We didn't get off to a good start. I met him as Tarryn's boyfriend. About a week later, Tarryn asked me to dump him for her. So I did- and I wasn't very nice about it. That was about it for us speaking until the end of that year. Him and Stephen happened to be best friends at the time. (They're not anymore.) Luke and I declared a truce in the beginning of grade 11; I was dating Stephen at the time. We soon became friends, and before we knew it, I was calling him more often then I called Stephen. Not much could be done about that- Stephen's mother is very strict, and didn't like me too much. Anyways, Luke was my shopping buddy, and soon my best friend. I feel the most comfortable around him. You know the rest of the story. He's still my best friend, too. We're close. He's a great guy.
Then there's Ryan- the one who's shaking his finger at me. He's my personality clone. No one else can match my volume, or my talkative nature. We've never gotten into any big arguments since we've known eachother, probably because we agree on just about everything. He lives in Brampton, though- that's about two and a half hours from me by train. We met second semester of grade 10 at a faith leadership conference. He was there with a couple of his friends- Justin and Rob (not pictured)- and I was there with Ally and Tarryn. Ryan was nicknamed Sparticus that weekend, and was crazy enough to walk under a waterfall at the hotel where the conference was being held. Despite what his girlfriend at the time thought (now his ex, thank goodness!), we never felt anything more then friendship for eachother. He's my younger-but-not-so-little brother. Actually, his birthday's coming up- 2 months. **makes note of this** Him and Ally dated a while back. That lasted about 8 months or so- Ally's longest.
Garrett has taken permenant residence in my locker. He's another friend I met through Stephen. We ended up having chemistry class together last year, and sat next to eachother. We were lab partners, and had a good system going; he'd be my gopher, I'd actually do the experiment and any calculations, and he would be the source of our "experimental error". (Basically, if anything went wrong, it was his fault.) Plus, I tutored him a bit. He passed.
Ally and I aren't on the best of terms right now. Under previous circimstances, I would say that she's my best girl friend. Now, I would not say that, although it would seem that she has yet to clue in to that fact. To make a long story short, she's lied to me too many times for me to put up with it anymore. Mopey seems to think that I'm throwing away a great friendship, but he doens't know the story behind it. I can't be friends with someone I do not trust. Since I'm skeptical of every word that leaves Ally's mouth as of late, I can't find it in myself to be friedns with her. Casual aquaintentces, sure, but not friends. Not when I can't look her in the eye for more then a few seconds unless it's from at least 7 feet away, and not when she's lied to me as much as she had, but refuses to own up to these lies. I'd say I've got some pretty good reasons for not holding Ally in as high a regard as I used to.
I also have Stephanie. (I'll put a picture of here up soon.) She's a sweetie. She also lives in this middle-of-nowhere town, and claimes that we have a population of, "Two f*****g cows!" That's a fairly accurate description, I'd say. Steph and I went to the same elementry school, but because she's a grade younger then me, we wen're really close until she started highschool. Her, Ally and I used to call ourselves the three Swisskateers, but now that seems to have disbanded. (Steph has declared herself Switzerland in this dispute, for the record. I'd do the same if I wasn't involved.) Steph is known as the proverbial pair of pants- always covering people's butts. She's also a band geek (and proud of that), and a coffee junkie. (That goes with the band terrioty- practices are at 6:45am.) She's addicted to the Beatles, and has gotten me hooked, too. For a band that's half dead, they're pretty good.
I have other friends as well, but those are the ones worh noting at this moment. I'm sure I'll add more as time passes and boredom cliams me yet again.
Considering how I've been listening to music for the entire duration of the writing of this, I might as well sign off with a bit of a playlist. My musical tastes arn't the most popular, but I'm not much of one to follow anything mainstream. I prefer to jump off the bandwagon, as opposed to jumping on:
Abba: Money Money Money
I'm sure you all wanted to know that, right? Some of those songs have interesting stories behind them. Perhaps I'll get to that another day.
