Chess tells about chess competitions mixed with a love story. I�ve never seen it so I can�t tell much of it.
Elaine played Florence who helps the American chess player. The Russian player was played by Tommy K�rberg and her wive was called Svetlana. The main story is that there is big competition in Merano and both American and Russian comes there. Russian and Florence meets and start feeling something to each other. Media finds out about Russians and Florences relationship and because Russian is married it�s a big thing and all magazines and TV is full of there triangle. I don�t really know how it ends so I can�t tell it to you.
Musical is made by Benny Anderson, Bj�rn Ulvaeus and Tim Rice. Tim had relationship with Elaine at the time and Tim was married at the same time so I�ve read that the musical told pretty much about Tims own life at that moment because media was really interested of Tims and Elaines relationship at the time too.
The music is really vonderful and I love it. Really songs "Nobody�s side", "One night in Bangok" and "Heaven help my heart" are really, really great.
