I am a
mere two years old here. I was born in Fort Worth, Texas and grew up in
Arlington, Texas. We went to a church called
Bethel Assembly of God in Arlington where I also went to day
care and private school until
3rd grade. I enjoyed being in the choir at both church and school.
Here I am, just a little older. Boy, that
hair really grew. It was really long up until about 5th grade
where my mother had it all chopped off. In 4th grade I began
attending Thornton Elementary, just across the street from Bethel.
Public school was much different than private school, but I
adjusted quickly.

So this is 9th grade. Don't laugh,
you all had the big hair back then, too. I wasn't the only one
with this atrocity during these years. From 7th-9th grade I attended
Carter Junior High, also in Arlington. There I participated in
and received honors in band playing clarinet. I really enjoyed
it. I was also a part of the National Junior Honor Society.

I didn't turn out so badly, now did I? This
is one of my senior pictures. I went to high school at Sam Houston
High School in Arlington. Here I was in the marching band and
the wind ensemble and orchestra. I won many awards and honors
during high school for playing the clarinet. I was also in the
National Honor Society there. High school was really fun. I had
a great time with my friends and the band.
