This is Jonathan Herbert's Alacrity. And this his how he writes about her:
"My family has owned an Alacrity since 1967. We sailed exclusively on Lake Champlain in the United States (New England) and I grew up sailing with my Dad on Bow Bells. I've attached a few photos of the boat and have many more.
The boat has been left outside over the past 15 years and the hull has since split open due to the cold. Luckily enough, all the sails were in dry storage and I have them in my possession. I am planning to sell the sails on eBay"
