Sometimes we need to follow our minds,

And learn not to follow our hearts.

Our hearts will put us in a bind,

Our minds will lead us from jerks.

Tell ourselves we can live without them,

If we analyze the situation.

I konw we can live without them,

If we tell ourselves we'll just be shunned.

They just lead us to heartbreak,

And endless, sleepless nights.

Just remember he's probably a fake,

And he'll just start pointless fights.

Steer yourself away from them,

And I guarantee, you'll be better off.

We can live without them,

It's really not a big loss.

Remind yourself all guys are like this,

Not one is different from the rest.

I'm sure they won't really be missed,

The guy-less moments will be remembered best.
